Omschrijving
Het KOETSHUIS (gebouwd omstreeks 1910 in een Ambachtelijk-traditionele stijl) op rechthoekige plattegrond is opgetrokken in rode baksteen en wordt gedekt door een zadeldak waarop oranje muldenpannen; gevelbanden van gele baksteen; fries van gele en rode baksteen. De gevels worden geleed door getoogde liggende vensters met decoratieve ijzeren roedenverdeling onder rollaag.
In de topgevel aan de voorzijde (noordgevel) dubbele houten deuren onder een segmentboog en trommel met gekleurd metselmozaïek. In de top een opgeklampte houten deur.
In de oostgevel twee getoogde liggende vensters.
In de topgevel aan de achterzijde (zuidgevel) twee getoogde liggende vensters en in de top een opgeklampte houten deur.
In de westgevel een getoogd liggend venster.

Description
The COACHHOUSE (built around 1910 in a Craftsman-traditional style) on a rectangular floor plan is built of red brick and is covered by a gabled roof with orange pantiles; gable bands of yellow brick; frieze of yellow and red brick. The facades are articulated by arched horizontal windows with decorative iron glazing bars under roll moulding.
In the gable at the front (north facade) double wooden doors under a segmental arch and drum with coloured brick mosaic. In the top a clamped wooden door.
In the east facade two arched horizontal windows.
In the gable at the rear (south facade) two arched horizontal windows and in the top a clamped wooden door.
In the west facade an arched horizontal window.
