De STOOKHUT (gebouwd omstreeks 1910) op rechthoekige plattegrond is opgetrokken in rode baksteen op een donker bakstenen trasraam en wordt gedekt door een zadeldak waarop aan de westzijde niet-originele golfplaat; gemetselde nokschoorsteen; bakstenen fries.
In de westgevel een getoogd venster met decoratieve ijzeren roedenverdeling.
Waardering
Stookhut van algemeen belang:
- vanwege de vrij hoge mate van gaafheid

The BOILER HOUSE (built circa 1910) on a rectangular floor plan is constructed in red brickwork on a dark brick stone sill and is covered by a gabled roof on which on the west side non-original corrugated metal sheeting; mortared ridge chimney; brick frieze.
In the west facade an arched window with decorative iron glazing bars.
