Omschrijving
Omschrijving KOETSHUIS met SCHUUR. Het koetshuis heeft een rechthoekige plattegrond en bestaat uit een bouwlaag met een zolder, afgesloten door een met riet gedekt zadeldak. Het is dwars geplaatst ten opzichte van de achterliggende schuur. De driebeukige schuur met afsteek wordt afgesloten door een aangekapt met riet gedekt schilddak. De gevels met gepleisterde plint zijn opgetrokken in roodbruine baksteen in kruisverband.
Centraal in de VOORGEVEL (noordwestgevel) bevindt zich een dubbele, segmentboogvormige geklampte deur, afgesloten door een segmentboog met gepleisterde sluitsteen. Aan weerszijden van de deur bevindt zich een ijzeren stalraam met decoratieve roedenverdeling afgesloten door een segmentboog. Bovenaan de gevel bevinden zich in een horizontale lijn vier regelmatig verdeelde rozet-ankers.
De LINKERZIJGEVEL bestaat uit de zijgevel van de schuur en de zijgevel van het koetshuis. In de zijgevel van de schuur bevindt zich een aantal vierkante muuropeningen. Uiterst rechts risaleert de zijgevel van het koetshuis. Op de begane grond bevindt zich een nieuwe deur afgesloten door een strek met ter hoogte van de zolder een rechthoekig, geklampt luik. Aan weerszijden van de onderdorpel van het luik bevindt zich een rozet-anker met in de geveltop van de tuitgevel nogmaals drie. De tuitgevel wordt afgesloten door een dekplaat. Achter de tuit bevindt zich op de nok een bakstenen schoorsteenschacht.
Centraal op de begane grond in de ACHTERGEVEL bevindt zich een rechthoekige, deelbare, dubbele, geklampte deur onder de met riet gedekte, houten afsteek. Uiterst links en rechts in de gevel bevindt zich een rechthoekige, geklampte naar buitenslaande staldeur aan de bovenzijde afgesloten door een rollaag.
Links in de RECHTERZIJGEVEL bevindt zich de blinde tuitgevel van het koetshuis. In de gevel van het achterhuis bevindt zich een aantal vierkante vensters met luiken.
Het INTERIEUR van het koetshuis met schuur bevindt zich nog in oorspronkelijke staat. Links in de schuur met ankerbalkgebinten bevindt zich onder meer de varkensstal, rechts de koeienstal. Een dichtgemetselde kleine opening linksboven in de achtergevel herinnert nog aan het kippenhok.
Waardering
KOETSHUIS met SCHUUR (2) in huidige vorm grotendeels daterend uit het einde van de negentiende eeuw.
- Van architectuurhistorische waarde als goed en gaaf voorbeeld van een met riet gedekt koetshuis met schuur, dat in oorspronkelijk staat bewaard is gebleven.

Description COACH HOUSE with BARN. The coach house has a rectangular floor plan and consists of one storey with an attic, enclosed by a thatch-roofed saddle roof. It is placed transverse to the underlying barn. The three-aisle barn with lean-to is enclosed by an attached thatch-roofed hipped roof. The facades with rendered plinth are built up in reddish-brown brick in English bond.
Central in the FRONT FACADE (northwest facade) is a double, segmental-arch clamped door, closed by a segmental arch with rendered voussoir. On either side of the door is an iron stable window with decorative glazing bars closed by a segmental arch. At the top of the facade are in a horizontal line four regularly distributed rosette anchors.
The LEFT SIDE FACADE consists of the side facade of the barn and the side facade of the coach house. In the side facade of the barn are several square wall openings. At the far right the side facade of the coach house projects. On the ground floor is a new door closed by a lintel with at the attic level a rectangular, clamped shutter. On either side of the under-sill of the shutter is a rosette anchor with in the gable top of the spout gable once more three. The spout gable is closed by a coping stone. Behind the spout is on the ridge a brick chimney stack.
Central on the ground floor in the REAR FACADE is a rectangular, dividable, double, clamped door under the thatch-roofed, wooden lean-to. At the far left and right in the facade is a rectangular, clamped outward-opening stable door closed at the top by a rolled course.
On the left in the RIGHT SIDE FACADE is the blind spout gable of the coach house. In the facade of the rear house are several square windows with shutters.
The INTERIOR of the coach house with barn is still in original condition. On the left in the barn with anchor-beam timber framing are amongst others the pigsty, on the right the cow stable. A filled-in small opening top left in the rear facade still recalls the chicken coop.
Valuation
COACH HOUSE with BARN (2) in current form largely dating from the end of the nineteenth century.
- Of architectural-historical value as a good and intact example of a thatch-roofed coach house with barn, which has been preserved in original condition.
