KOETSHUIS/ PAARDENSTAL met inpandige ROKERIJ (2) bestaande uit één bouwlaag en een zolder, afgesloten door een zadeldak gedekt met gesmoorde Hollandse pannen en gemetselde nokvorsten. De rokerij bevindt zich in de westgevel, te herkennen aan twee ijzeren segmentboogvormige kleine deuren. De gevels van het koetshuis met gepleisterde plint zijn opgetrokken in bruinrode baksteen in kruisverband.
Centraal in de VOORGEVEL (noordgevel) bevindt zich een dubbele, geklampte deur afgesloten door een anderhalf steens segmentboog. Links van de dubbele deur bevindt zich een geklampte, kraalschroten deur afgesloten door een segmentboog met rechts van de deur een ijzeren zesruitsstalraam inclusief drieruitsvalraam afgesloten door een segmentboog. De gevel rechts van de dubbele deur is blind. In de gevel bevinden zich vijf regelmatig verdeelde smeedijzeren muurankers.
De LINKERZIJGEVEL (oostgevel) eindigt in een topgevel met eenvoudige windveren met in de geveltop een halfrond, dubbel kraalschroten luik. Het geklampte luik wordt aan de bovenzijde afgesloten door een rondboog, aan de onderzijde door een rollaag. Aan weerszijden van de rollaag bevindt zich een muuranker met een iets lager geplaatste ronde muuropening met hardstenen omlijsting.
In ACHTERGEVEL (zuidgevel) bevinden zich vier regelmatig verdeelde vierruitsstalramen afgesloten door een segmentboog en een uitgemetselde rollaag die de segmentboog omsluit en doorgetrokken wordt over bijna de gehele gevelbreedte. De gevel eindigt in een bakgoot op klossen.
Centraal op de begane grond in de RECHTERZIJGEVEL bevindt zich een dubbele geklampte kraalschroten deur afgesloten door een anderhalfsteenssegmentboog. Rechts van de deur bevinden zich twee smalle, getoogde ijzeren deuren met ijzeren omlijsting ten behoeve van de rokerij. De gevel eindigt in een topgevel met eenvoudige windveren met in de geveltop een luik identiek aan die in de linkerzijgevel.

COACH HOUSE / HORSE STABLE with integral SMOKERY (2) consisting of one storey and an attic, enclosed by a gabled roof covered with pegged Dutch tiles and masonry ridge tiles. The smokery is located in the west gable, identifiable by two iron segmental arched small doors. The gables of the coach house with plastered plinth are built in red-brown brick in English bond.
Centrally in the FRONT FACADE (north gable) there is a double, clamped door enclosed by an one-and-a-half brick segmental arch. To the left of the double door there is a clamped, beaded door enclosed by a segmental arch with to the right of the door an iron six-pane stable window including three-pane hoppers enclosed by a segmental arch. The gable to the right of the double door is blank. The gable contains five regularly distributed wrought iron ornamental wall anchors.
The LEFT SIDE GABLE (east gable) ends in a gable with simple wind braces with at the gable apex a semicircular, double beaded shutter. The clamped shutter is enclosed at the top by a round arch, at the bottom by a roll moulding. On either side of the roll moulding there is a wall anchor with a slightly lower placed circular wall opening with sandstone surround.
In the REAR GABLE (south gable) there are four regularly distributed four-pane stable windows enclosed by a segmental arch and a masonry roll moulding that encloses the segmental arch and is carried across almost the entire gable width. The gable ends in a gutter on corbels.
Centrally on the ground floor in the RIGHT SIDE GABLE there is a double clamped beaded door enclosed by an one-and-a-half brick segmental arch. To the right of the door there are two narrow, arched iron doors with iron surround for the smokery. The gable ends in a gable with simple wind braces with at the gable apex a shutter identical to that in the left side gable.
