Omschrijving
SCHUUR (B) van het type hallehuis. Het bijna vrijstaande bijgebouw is opgetrokken in baksteen en gedekt door een met riet belegd wolfsdak met gesmoorde nokvorsten. De VOORGEVEL is vanaf de openbare weg nauwelijks zichtbaar. De RECHTER ZIJGEVEL is vanaf de openbare weg niet zichtbaar. De LINKER ZIJGEVEL is vanaf de openbare weg niet zichtbaar. De ACHTERGEVEL heeft in het midden een korfboogvormige dubbele deeldeur geflankeerd door kleine halfrond afgesloten vensters met vermoedelijk gietijzeren vorktracering. Aan weerszijden bevinden zich rechtafgesloten staldeuren. Hoog in de gevel onder het wolfsdak bevindt zich een ronde gevelopening. De gevel is voorts voorzien van gevelankers en onder het dak afgewerkt met gemetselde vlechtingen.

SCHUUR (complexonderdeel B)
-Van architectuurhistorische waarde als goed voorbeeld van een agrarisch bijgebouw op boerenerf, in casu een schuur van het type hallehuis waarin de oorspronkelijke functie nog goed afleesbaar is. In samenhang met de boerderij is er sprake van een grote ensemblewaarde.
-Van stedenbouwkundige waarde als essentieel onderdeel van het boerderijcomplex, dat in het buitengebied bij Leuth vanwege de markante hoofdvorm en de ligging op een hoge pol een grote beeldbepalende rol speelt.
-Van cultuurhistorische waarde als essentieel onderdeel van het complex, dat een uiting is van een agrarische en landschappelijke ontwikkeling en een deel representeert van het boerenbestaan aan het begin van de twintigste eeuw.

Description
BARN (B) of the hallehuis type. The almost free-standing outbuilding is built in brickwork and covered by a half-hipped roof laid with thatch with smothered ridge cresting. The FRONT FACADE is scarcely visible from the public road. The RIGHT SIDE GABLE is not visible from the public road. The LEFT SIDE GABLE is not visible from the public road. The REAR FACADE has in the centre a basket-arch-shaped double threshing door flanked by small semicircular-topped windows with presumably cast-iron fork tracery. On either side are rectangular-topped stable doors. High in the facade under the half-hipped roof is a circular opening. The facade is further provided with wall anchors and under the roof finished with mortared woven brick courses.

BARN (complex component B)
-Of architectural-historical value as a good example of an agricultural outbuilding on a farm courtyard, in this case a barn of the hallehuis type in which the original function is still clearly legible. In conjunction with the farmhouse there is a great ensemble value.
