Inleiding
Vml. pastorie van de Hervormde Gemeente van Grevenbicht gebouwd in 1899.
De toegepaste bouwstijl is traditionalistisch.
De vml. pastorie is in de onmiddellijke nabijheid van het kerkje van de Hervormde Gemeente gesitueerd.
Omschrijving
Vrijstaande vml. pastorie. Symmetrische indeling voorgevel.
Rechthoekige houten vensters en deuren met segmentboogvormige bovenlichten. Vensters en deur zijn niet authentiek. Hardstenen dorpelstenen. Pand is gebouwd in rode en gele baksteen met metselwerk in kruisverband. Zadeldak met kruispannen. Een niet authentiek dakvenster. Voorgevel met gecementeerde plint. Aan de linkerzijde van de voordeur net boven de plint de eerste steen uit 1899. Speklagen in gele baksteen. Vensters en deur met rollagen in gele baksteen. Dakgoot op houten klossen. Aan de benedenzijde van de dakgoot een gestucte waterlijst. Smeedijzeren muurankers.
Linkerzijgevel zonder speklagen en uitlopend in een topgevel met hierin twee rechthoekige houten vensters. Smeedijzeren muurankers.
In de rechterzijgevel een uitbouw in een bouwlaag met een zadeldak met kruispannen. In de topgevel rechterzijgevel een rond venster. In de voorgevel van de uitbouw een rechthoekige houten deur met segmentboogvormig bovenlicht en een rollaag in gele baksteen.
In het rechterdeel van de achtergevel in de eerste bouwlaag een aangebouwde erker in een bouwlaag met een plat dak. In de erker rechthoekige houten vensters met segmentboogvormige bovenlichten. De woonhuisachtergevel is voorzien van een gele stuclaag. In de eerste bouwlaag een segmentboogvormige houten deur met aan de rechterzijde een klein vierkant venstertje met hardsteen dorpel en latei. Aan de linkerzijde van de deur een groot segmentboogvormig venster met tweedelig bovenlicht en louvreluiken. In de tweede bouwlaag achtergevel in totaal vier segmentboogvormige vensters. Venster onder de dakrand zonder bovenlicht. Alle vensters met hardstenen dorpels. In het achterdakvlak een niet authentiek dakvenster. Smeedijzeren muurankers.
In de achtergevel van de zijgeveluitbouw een segmentboogvormige houten deur.
Structuur van het INTERIEUR vrijwel in tact.
De volgende interieuronderdelen zijn onder meer van belang: authentieke houten paneeldeuren; gangvloer met zwarte en gele plavuizen; authentieke houten trap met hoofdbaluster en spijlen; twee marmeren haardlijsten.
Waardering
De vml. pastorie van de Hervormde Gemeente van Grevenbicht is van cultuurhistorische waarde en vertegenwoordigt algemeen belang als uitdrukking van de regionale maatschappelijke ontwikkeling op geestelijk gebied in de negentiende eeuw.

Roof gutter on wooden blocks. On the underside of the roof gutter a plastered drip moulding. Wrought iron wall anchors.
Left side facade without speckled courses and ending in a top gable with therein two rectangular wooden windows. Wrought iron wall anchors.
In the right side facade an extension in one storey with a gabled roof with interlocking pantiles. In the top gable right side facade a round window. In the front facade of the extension a rectangular wooden door with segmental arch fanlight and a roll course in yellow brick.
In the right section of the rear facade on the first storey an attached bay window in one storey with a flat roof. In the bay window rectangular wooden windows with segmental arch fanlights. The rear facade of the residential section is provided with a yellow stucco coating. On the first storey a segmental arch wooden door with on the right side a small square window pane with hardstone threshold and lintel. On the left side of the door a large segmental arch window with two-part fanlight and louvre shutters. On the second storey rear facade a total of four segmental arch windows. Window below the eaves without fanlight. All windows with hardstone thresholds. In the rear roof slope one non-authentic roof window. Wrought iron wall anchors.
