Complexonderdeel 3
Gepleisterde BLOEMBAK op gemetseld basement. Het basement bestaat uit een vierkant tweesteense plint met een ronde opbouw. Daarop staat de bloembak: een ronde schaal op vier ronde korte zuiltjes. De zuiltjes hebben eenvoudige basementen en kapitelen. De schaal is voorzien van basreliëfs met bloemmotieven en een inscriptie.
Waardering
De siervaas is van algemeen belang vanwege de cultuurhistorische waarde als onderdeel van het complex rond de starttoren.
In stedebouwkundig opzicht is de siervaas van algemeen belang vanwege de ruimtelijke en functionele relatie met de starttoren en de sociëteit. Bovendien is de siervaas beeldbepalend gesitueerd aan de Kager plassen.

Plastered FLOWER PLANTER on a masoned basement. The basement consists of a square two-brick plinth with a round structure above. On this stands the flower planter: a round bowl on four round short columns. The columns have simple basements and capitals. The bowl is provided with bas-reliefs with flower motifs and an inscription.
