Complexonderdeel 2
DIENSTWONING, oorspronkelijk omvattende een garage met paardenstallen en een ingebouwde woning aan de Poelwegzijde, is over een bouwlaag opgetrokken in rode baksteen onder een rietgedekt wolfsdak. In de jaren vijftig van de twintigste eeuw is de tweede woning aangebracht. De voorgevel aan de straat (oost) heeft rechts voor de gevel een driezijdige erker onder een rietgedekt driezijdig tentdak. In de erker zijn beluikte ondervensters met negenruits bovenlichten geplaatst. De iets buiten het midden geplaatste entree bestaat uit een deur met een getoogt middenpaneel onder een achtruits bovenlicht. Links in de gevel een gekoppeld venster met een dubbel zesruits bovenlicht en halve luiken. Ter plaatse van de zolderverdieping twee gekoppelde vensters met dubbele vierruits bovenlichten. In de linker zijgevel (zuid) meerdere entrees onder meerruits bovenlichten en diverse vensters waaronder een venster onder een meerruits bovenlicht met een half luik. Boven deze gevel gebogen dakkapellen onder rietgedekte steekkappen. Midden in de linker zijgevel (zuid) is een rechtgesloten vierdelige inrijdeur geplaatst met panelen en ruitvormige vensters. Aan weerszijden daarvan een gekoppeld venster met dubbele zesruits bovenlichten en halve luiken. Boven de inrijdeuren een hooiluik onder een rietgedekte steekkap.

De dienstwoning oorspronkelijk met garage en paardenstallen is van algemeen belang vanwege de cultuurhistorische waarde als voorbeeld van een bijgebouw bij een woonhuis dat als uitdrukking gezien kan worden van de ontwikkeling van buitenplaatsen in de gemeente Warmond.

SERVICE DWELLING, originally comprising a garage with horse stables and a built-in dwelling on the Poelweg side, is constructed over one storey in red brick under a thatched half-hipped roof. In the nineteen-fifties a second dwelling was added. The front facade facing the street (east) has a three-sided bay window in front of the facade to the right under a thatched three-sided tent roof. In the bay window shuttered lower windows with nine-pane fanlights are placed. The entrance positioned slightly off-centre consists of a door with a segmental arched centre panel below an eight-pane fanlight. To the left in the facade a coupled window with a double six-pane fanlight and half shutters. At the attic storey level two coupled windows with double four-pane fanlights. In the left side facade (south) multiple entrances below multi-pane fanlights and various windows including a window below a multi-pane fanlight with a half shutter. Above this facade arched roof dormers under thatched pent-roof lights. In the middle of the left side facade (south) a right-angled four-part carriage door is placed with panels and diamond-shaped windows. On either side of this a coupled window with double six-pane fanlights and half shutters. Above the carriage doors a hay loft under a thatched pent-roof light.
