Complexonderdeel 1
Langgerekt WOONHUIS opgetrokken in rode baksteen in kruisverband met twee bouwlagen onder een samengesteld met riet gedekt schilddak met dakkapellen en halfronde steekkappen. De vensters van het pand zijn grotendeels gelijkvormig; het zijn gekoppelde vensters onder een dubbel negenruits bovenlicht met halve luiken. De voorgevel aan de straatzijde (zuid) bestaat uit drie delen waarvan het middelste risaleert. In het rechter bouwdeel zijn twee vensters geplaatst. In het risalerende centrale deel zijn eveneens twee vensters geplaatst en een grote gekoppelde vensterpartij met terrasdeuren, deze laatste dateren uit de jaren vijftig van de twintigste eeuw en kwamen in de plaats van een loggia. De zijgevel van het risaliet (oost) heeft drie vensters. In het rechter terugliggende bouwdeel is een venster geplaatst. De kopse gevel aan de oostzijde bezit twee vensters. In de achtergevel (noord) is de entree geplaatst binnen een portiek onder een luifel. Aan weerszijden daarvan zijn vensters geplaatst, geheel links in de gevel bevindt zich een tweede entree met een zesruits bovenlicht. Op de verdieping zijn drie meerruits vensters geplaatst met halve luiken.

Elongated DWELLING constructed in red brick in English bond with two storeys under a composite thatched hipped roof with roof dormers and half-round pent-roof lights. The windows of the building are largely uniform; they are coupled windows below a double nine-pane fanlight with half shutters. The front facade facing the street (south) consists of three sections of which the middle one projects. In the right building section two windows are placed. In the projecting central section likewise two windows are placed and a large coupled window section with terrace doors, the latter dating from the nineteen-fifties and replaced a loggia. The side facade of the projection (east) has three windows. In the right recessed building section one window is placed. The gable facade on the east side has two windows. In the rear facade (north) the entrance is placed within a porch under a canopy. On either side of this windows are placed; on the far left of the facade is a second entrance with a six-pane fanlight. On the upper storey three multi-pane windows are placed with half shutters.
