Inleiding
STAL annex KARNSCHUUR omstreeks 1900 in Ambachtelijk-traditionele bouwtrant opgetrokken, behorende bij het boerderijcomplex Oostveenseweg 7. De twee onderdelen zijn onderling verbonden door een houten schutting. De situering is aan de rechterzijde van de boerderij. Tussen de stal annex karnschuur en de boerderij is een klinkerbestrating aangelegd.
Omschrijving
De karnschuur, met één deur, is een vierkant bouwlichaam met wanden van gerabatte houten delen die op een stenen plint geplaatst zijn. Het zadeldak is met Hollandse pannen gedekt. De stal is een rechthoekig in kruisverband opgetrokken bouwlichaam onder een met rode Hollandse pannen gedekt zadeldak. In de kopse kant naar de karnschuur bevindt zich een mestluik onder een vierruits venster.
In de gevel die naar de boerderij gericht is bevinden zich drie gedeelde en gewone deuren en twee mestluiken. In de andere lange zijgevel drie ramen met luiken onder tweeruits bovenlichten, twee vierruitsvensters, een dubbel zesruits klapraam en een mestluik.
In het interieur van de karnschuur zijn de karnpaal en de bestrating met gele IJsselsteentjes nog aanwezig.

De stal annex karnschuur is van algemeen belang vanwege cultuurhistorische en architectuurhistorische waarde

STABLE ANNEX CHURN SHED dating from around 1900 in Craft-traditional building style, belonging to the farm complex Oostveenseweg 7. The two components are connected to each other by a wooden fence. The situation is on the right-hand side of the farmhouse. Between the stable annex churn shed and the farmhouse a clinker paving has been laid.
Description
The churn shed, with one door, is a square building with walls of rebated wooden parts placed on a stone plinth. The gabled roof is covered with Dutch tiles. The stable is a rectangular building constructed in bond under a gabled roof covered with red Dutch tiles. In the gable end facing the churn shed there is a dung door under a four-pane window.
In the gable facing the farmhouse there are three divided and ordinary doors and two dung doors. In the other long side wall three windows with shutters under two-pane fanlights, two four-pane windows, a double six-pane casement window and a dung door.
In the interior of the churn shed the churn pole and the flooring with yellow IJsselsteentjes are still present.
