Inleiding
HOOIBERG omstreeks 1900 in Ambachtelijk-traditionele bouwtrant behorende bij het boerderijcomplex Oostveenseweg 7. De hooiberg bevindt zich achter de boerderij. Het systeem met de ijzeren kleppen is tegenwoordig zeldzaam.
Omschrijving
Houten hooiberg van het vijfroedentype, met een rieten kap. Tussen de roeden zijn aan de kap ijzeren kleppen gehangen om het hooi bijeen te houden.
Waardering
De hooiberg is van algemeen belang vanwege de cultuurhistorische en architectuurhistorische waarde:
-als karakteristiek onderdeel van een vroeg twintigste-eeuwse Zuid-Hollandse kaasboerderij.
-als voorbeeld van een bijzonder type hooiberg met ijzeren hooikleppen.
