Omschrijving
Het KOETSHUIS telt een bouwlaag en een zolderverdieping op een rechthoekige plattegrond. Het wordt gedekt door een schilddak, belegd met gesmoorde Tuil du Nordpannen. Aan de voorgevel bevindt zich een rechthoekige topgevel die wordt gedekt door een aangekapt, afgeknot dakschild. De afwatering vindt plaats via een geprofileerde bakgoot op klossen en op het dak bevinden zich enkele zinken pironnen. De gevels zijn opgemetseld in rode baksteen in kruisverband en hebben een omlopende plint. De gevels zijn voorzien van een vergelijkbare detaillering met speklagen en eenvoudig siermetselwerk als het jachthuis. In de middenas van de VOORGEVEL bevindt zich onder een brede segmentboog een dubbele inrijdeur met ruiten in de bovenpanelen. In het doorgetrokken geveldeel hierboven bevindt zich een stolpraam met enkelruits bovenlicht. In het rechter en linker geveldeel bevindt zich een enkelruits schuifvenster en links, naast de deur een ommetselde waterpomp met houten opbouw. De RECHTER ZIJGEVEL heeft links een ten behoeve van het woonhuis gewijzigd venster. Rechts bevindt zich een oorspronkelijke deuropening met een vernieuwde deur. In het dakschild is een niet-oorspronkelijke dakkapel aangebracht. De LINKER ZIJGEVEL is blind en in de ACHTERGEVEL bevinden zich links enkele gewijzigde gevelopeningen en rechts twee oorspronkelijke, ijzeren stalvensters. In het dakschild is een niet-oorspronkelijke dakkapel geplaatst. Het interieur van het koetshuis is aan de rechter zijde gewijzigd, terwijl de linker helft nog in oorspronkelijke staat is.

Description
The CARRIAGE HOUSE comprises one storey and an attic storey on a rectangular floor plan. It is covered by a hipped roof, laid with dampened Tuile du Nord tiles. On the front facade is a rectangular gable that is covered by a catted and truncated roof slope. Water drainage takes place via a profiled gutter with brackets and on the roof are several zinc ridge ornaments. The facades are built in red brick in English bond and have a continuous plinth. The facades are provided with similar detailing with mortar courses and simple decorative brickwork as the hunting lodge. In the central axis of the FRONT FACADE is under a wide segmental arch a double carriage door with panes in the upper panels. In the extended facade section above is a casement window with a single-light fanlight. In the right and left facade section is a single-light sash window and on the left, next to the door a bricked-in water pump with wooden superstructure. The RIGHT SIDE FACADE has on the left a window altered for the benefit of the dwelling. On the right is an original door opening with a renewed door. In the roof slope a non-original dormer has been inserted. The LEFT SIDE FACADE is blank and in the REAR FACADE are several altered openings on the left and on the right two original iron stable windows.
