Omschrijving
Herv. kerk. Laatgotische dorpskerk, opgetrokken uit baksteen met natuurstenen banden en bestaande uit een schip met een driezijdig gesloten koor, tweede helft 15e eeuw, en een vroeg 16e eeuwse noorderzijbeuk. Het schip en het koor worden overkluisd door netgewelven, opgaand van kolonetstukken. Over de noordbeuk graatgewelven. De kerk is gerestaureerd in 1911-1914. Op de netgewelven van schip en koor rijke, laatgotische beschilderingen, bestaande uit decoratief bladwerk, Evangelistenfiguren, een Christusfiguur en wapenschilden. Op de wanden van het koor Christus en heiligen. Tot de inventaris behoren een koperen lezenaar en een kaarsenarm, 17e eeuw en een viertal zerken, 16e en 17e eeuw. Description
Reformed church. Late Gothic village church, built of brick with ashlar bands and consisting of a nave with a three-sided closed choir, second half of the 15th century, and an early 16th century north aisle. The nave and the choir are covered by net vaults, rising from colonettes. Above the north aisle groined vaults. The church was restored in 1911-1914. On the net vaults of nave and choir rich late Gothic paintings, consisting of decorative foliage, Evangelist figures, a figure of Christ and coats of arms. On the walls of the choir Christ and saints. Part of the inventory are a copper lectern and a candle arm, 17th century and a set of four gravestones, 16th and 17th century. A single-manual organ with attached Pedal, made in 1866 by J. van Loo. In 1983 restored by fa. Leeflang.
