TUNNEL in 1836 opgetrokken in een roodbruine (hergebruikte) baksteen, afgezet met een dubbele rollaag. Op de tunnel een later verhard fiets/voetpad tussen twee (vernieuwde) buishekken. In beide gevelzijden van de tunnel drie decoratieve muurankers. Aan de (opnieuw opgetrokken) zuidzijde twee gemetselde steunberen (1930). De noordgevel heeft aan de linkerzijde een halfrond gemetseld versterkingselement op een verticaal gemetseld trasraam met rollaag; aan de bovenzijde een afdekrand van rollagen en een muizetandfries; in de gevel twee blinde spitsboogvensters. De noordgevel heeft aan de rechterzijde een halfrond gemetseld versterkingselement met twee blinde spitsboogvensters en een decoratief ijzeren ruitvormig anker, als uitloper van een gemetselde wand met aan de bovenzijde een afdekrand van rollagen en een muizetandfries. Langs de wand een zeer geleidelijk stijgende trap, bestaande uit een aantal gemetselde treden met bordessen van zand; de trap wordt aan de vijverzijde afgesloten door en lage gemetselde muur met bovenop een ijzeren buishekje, met als aanzet een verhoogde muur waarin een grote blinde spitsboog van drie verspringende rollagen.

TUNNEL constructed in 1836 in reddish-brown (reused) brick, edged with a double roll moulding. On the tunnel a later hardened cycle/footpath between two (renewed) pipe railings. In both gable sides of the tunnel three decorative wall anchors. On the (newly rebuilt) south side two masoned buttresses (1930). The north gable has on the left side a semi-circular masoned reinforcing element on a vertically masoned trash frame with roll moulding; at the top an edging of roll mouldings and a dog-tooth frieze; in the gable two blind pointed-arch windows. The north gable has on the right side a semi-circular masoned reinforcing element with two blind pointed-arch windows and a decorative iron diamond-shaped anchor, as an extension of a masoned wall with at the top an edging of roll mouldings and a dog-tooth frieze. Along the wall a very gradually rising staircase, consisting of a number of masoned steps with landings of sand; the staircase is closed off on the pond side by a low masoned wall with on top an iron pipe railing, with as a base an elevated wall containing a large blind pointed arch of three recessed roll mouldings.
