Inleiding
Voormalig HERENHUIS met KOETSHUIS, met toegevoegde bedrijfsgedeeltes nu functionerend als BOERDERIJ. Het huis en koetshuis werden in 1862 gebouwd. Het bouwtype van het herenhuis met de verhoogde middenrisaliet is typerend voor Wijhe. In het koetshuis bevinden zich nu zowel woonruimtes als bedrijfsruimtes. In de linker zijgevel van het huis (N) zijn de roeden bij twee vensters vervangen door strips.
Links voor het huis staat nog een laag smeedijzeren toegangshek. Het oorspronkelijke bouwjaar staat vermeld in een plaquette op de achtergevel van het koetshuis, nu een binnenmuur in het bedrijfsgedeelte.
Omschrijving
Het huis is opgetrokken in rode baksteen op een rechthoekige plattegrond onder een schilddak met antracietgrijze Hollandse pannen en een overstekende gootlijst. Het koetshuis met zadeldak sluit links (N) aan op de hoogte van de achtergevel van het huis. Achter het huis bevindt zich nu een bedrijfsgedeelte, dat is opgetrokken in rode baksteen onder een afgeknot zadeldak. Het bedrijfsgedeelte achter het koetshuis is opgetrokken in rode baksteen onder een zadeldak, met een langere dakhelling aan de noordkant. De daken van het huis en koetshuis lopen evenwijdig, haaks daarop staan de daken van de bedrijfsgedeeltes. De ingangspartij risaleert en is hoger opgetrokken onder een flauw hellende steekkap. Het bevat een dubbele houten deur met bovenlicht onder een balkon met een samengesteld venster en smeedijzeren balkonhek. Onder de steekkap een gepleisterd fronton met casementen. Op de hoeken van het risaliet en de gevels geprofileerde lisenen. In de linker zijgevel zijn getoogde vensters geplaatst. Tegen de rechter zijgevel (Z) staat een erker onder schildkap met pannen, een gemetselde borstwering en zesruits vensterpartijen. Boven beide zijgevels bevinden zich dakkapellen met frontons.
Het koetshuis heeft een deur met bovenlicht en twee vensters onder spitsbogen in de westelijke gevel. In de eindgevel (N) een opgeklampte inrijdeur, hooiluik en staldeur. Het bedrijfsgedeelte achter het koetshuis is voorzien van getoogde en rechtgesloten stalvensters. In de achtergevel (O) en zuidelijke zijgevel ook rechtgesloten staldeuren. De achtergevel van het grote bedrijfsgedeelte (N) achter het huis heeft rechtgesloten schuifdeuren, rechtgesloten staldeuren en getoogde vensters en een getoogd hooiluik.

Former MANOR HOUSE with COACH HOUSE, with added business premises now functioning as a FARM. The house and coach house were built in 1862. The building type of the manor house with the raised central risalit is typical of Wijhe. The coach house now contains both residential and business premises. Description
The house is built of red brick on a rectangular plan under a hipped roof with anthracite-grey Dutch tiles and an overhanging drip moulding. The coach house with gabled roof adjoins on the left (N) at the height of the rear gable of the house. Behind the house is now a business section, built of red brick under a truncated gabled roof. The business section behind the coach house is built of red brick under a gabled roof, with a longer roof slope on the north side. The roofs of the house and coach house run parallel, the roofs of the business sections stand perpendicular to them. The roofs of the coach house and business sections are covered with anthracite-grey pan tiles.
The symmetrical front gable (W) of the house has five window bays with a central entrance section and four arched windows. The coach house has a door with fanlight and two windows under pointed arches in the western gable. In the end gable (N) a clamped carriage entrance door, hay door and stable door. The business section behind the coach house has arched and square stable windows. In the rear gable (E) and southern side gable also square stable doors. The rear gable of the large business section (N) behind the house has square sliding doors, square stable doors and arched windows and an arched hay door.
Of the house the layout, the hall with a marble floor and the original doors have been preserved among other things.
