KOETSHUIS annex washuis uit 1880-1881 naar ontwerp van P.J. van Genk.
Omschrijving.
Eenlaags gebouw van drie traveeën, haaks achter het woonhuis gelegen en opgetrokken uit wit geverfde baksteen met speklagen, onder een zadeldak gedekt met oud-Hollandse pannen en voorzien van geschulpte windveren aan de kopgevels. De voorgevel is gepleisterd en gewijzigd ten behoeve van het aanbrengen van een rolpoort. De zijgevel heeft een traveeindeling met brede strekse bogen met sluit- en aanzetstenen die elk twee openingen omvatten, deels voorzien van zesruits ramen en deuren met bovenlicht. Inwendig bevinden zich onder meer een oorspronkelijke gootsteen en een schoorsteenboezem.
Waardering.
Het koetshuis is van algemeen belang. Het is van cultuurhistorisch belang als bijzondere uitdrukking van de sociaaleconomische ontwikkeling; het heeft architectuurhistorische waarde vanwege de plaats in het oeuvre van de architect; het heeft ensemblewaarde als onderdeel van een groter geheel, de kern van Oudenbosch, dat stedenbouwkundig van nationaal belang is; het is in- en uitwendig grotendeels gaaf gebleven.

Description.
One-storey building of three bays, positioned at right angles behind the dwelling house and built of white-painted brick with limestone courses, under a gabled roof covered with old Dutch tiles and furnished with scalloped weathervanes on the gable ends. The front facade is plastered and altered to accommodate a roller shutter. The side facade has a bay division with broad stretching arches with wedge and springstone, each encompassing two openings, partly furnished with six-pane windows and doors with fanlight. Internally there are, among other things, an original sink and a chimney breast.
Valuation.
The coachhouse is of general importance. It is of cultural-historical importance as a particular expression of socio-economic development; it has architectural-historical value because of its place in the oeuvre of the architect; it has ensemble value as part of a larger whole, the centre of Oudenbosch, which is of national urban-planning importance; it has been largely well preserved both internally and externally.
