Omschrijving onderdeel 5A: DIENSTWONING behorende tot de buitenplaats de Kiefskamp.
De wit gepleisterde dienstwoning met plint van schoonmetselwerk, op rechthoekige, bijna vierkante grondslag, bestaat uit één bouwlaag en een zolder onder een rietgedekt schilddak. De voorzijde van het huis is geprojecteerd op De Kiefskamp. In de voorgevel centraal een deur met vierruitsvenster onder een klein afdak, geflankeerd door dubbele meerruits draaivensters met luiken. Boven alle deuren en vensters een streklaag in schoonmetselwerk. In de linker zijgevel een dubbel en een enkel meerruits draaivenster met luiken. Tegen de rechter zijgevel een luifel. Aan de achterzijde van het huis een aanbouw, opgetrokken uit zwart geteerde planken, waarin een dubbel meerruits venster. Op de nokeinden van het dak twee schoorstenen; aan voor- en achterzijde een dakkapel met dubbel meerruits venster.

De DIENSTWONING, deeluitmakend van een ensemble van dienstwoning en schuur, behorende tot de buitenplaats de Kiefskamp is van algemeen belang:

Description component 5A: SERVICE DWELLING belonging to the country estate de Kiefskamp.
The white-rendered service dwelling with a plinth of fair-faced brickwork, on a rectangular, almost square ground plan, consists of one storey and an attic under a thatch-covered hipped roof. The front of the house faces De Kiefskamp. In the front facade centrally a door with a four-pane window under a small canopy, flanked by double multi-pane casement windows with shutters. Above all doors and windows a course of fair-faced brickwork. In the left side gable a double and a single multi-pane casement window with shutters. Against the right side gable a canopy. On the rear of the house an extension, constructed of black tarred planks, containing a double multi-pane window. At the ridge ends of the roof two chimneys; on the front and rear a roof dormer with a double multi-pane window.
