Omschrijving
TUINMANSWONING. Voormalige tuinmanswoning op T-vormige plattegrond met dwars voorhuis en bedrijfsgedeelte, vermoedelijk in oorspong een zgn. katerstede waarvan in 1670 reeds melding werd gemaakt. Het voorhuis is een bouwlaag hoog en wordt overkapt door een met gesmoorde Hollandse pannen gedekt zadeldak. Het bedrijfsgedeelte of achterhuis wordt gedekt door een rieten kap met wolfseind. De gevels hebben door wijzigingen in het verleden een onregelmatige, niet geheel authentieke indeling.

GARDENER'S DWELLING. Former gardener's dwelling on T-shaped floor plan with transverse front house and business section, presumably in origin a so-called cottage (katerstede) of which mention was already made in 1670. The front house is one storey high and is covered by a gabled roof covered with Dutch tiles with damped surface finish. The business section or back house is covered by a thatched roof with half-hipped roof. The facades have through alterations in the past an irregular, not entirely authentic layout.
