The partially basement building covers a rectangular floor plan and comprises one storey and an attic storey beneath a mansard roof covered with zinc lozenges with four chimneys with spare panels. Centrally on the front facade is a dormer with double door within a pilaster surround with wings beneath a cornice and curved pediment with ornament between volutes. Red and white rosettes in the side wings and the pediment. On the profiled cornice lies a wooden border decoration of antefixes with palmettes and corner acroteria. Furthermore, the use of materials, in particular the zinc lozenges, is also of importance. It has ensemble value as an essential component of a larger whole of which the coach house and barn form part. It is moreover a characteristic component of the buildings on Julianastraat. The main volume is intact down to details; the interior has been partly well preserved. It has rareness value as an intact dwelling house in this form.
