Omschrijving
Inleiding.
BOERDERIJ in het buitengebied van Erp. Het object is gebouwd in de tweede helft van de negentiende eeuw in een Ambachtelijk-Traditionele bouwtrant. Het pand staat haaks op de straat en bestaat, van voor naar achter, uit een woongedeelte, een stal en een schuur.
Omschrijving.
Bakstenen langgevelboerderij op een rechthoekige plattegrond onder een rieten schilddak met een voet van Oud Hollandse pannen. De boerderij heeft een gepleisterde plint. De voorgevel heeft een opgeklampte deur met in het bovenlicht een levensboom. Aan weerszijden van de deur bevinden zich beluikte zesruitsramen. In de overgang van woon- naar bedrijfsgedeelte, in de voorstal, bevindt zich een opgeklampte deur met bovenlicht. In het stalgedeelte een poort en een deeldeur met afgeronde hoeken.
De kopse gevel aan de straat (linkerzijgevel) heeft naar achteren toe twee beluikte ramen. In de top zijn twee kleine vierkante raampjes aangebracht. De rechterzijgevel heeft een klampdeur en aan weerszijden daarvan een zesruitsraam. In de achtergevel bevinden zich een zesruitsraam en kelderraam. Daarachter een luifel met daaronder nog een tweetal poorten. In het bedrijfsdeel een korfboog-poort. Achter het huis een put.
Het interieur is nagenoeg geheel in oude staat bewaard gebleven. In het woonvertrek liggen plavuizen op de vloer. Dit vertrek heeft een grote schouw, gedeeltelijk betegeld met schildpadtegels. Bedstedes zijn bewaard gebleven. In de keuken daarachter een klein aanrecht. Toegang tot de kelder met daarnaast de deur van de pkamer. Beide deuren zijn breed en laag, uitgevoerd in hout.
Het bedrijfsgedeelte dat vanuit de herd bereikbaar is bestaat uit een stal waarin de oorspronkelijke driebeukige eiken gebintconstructie zichtbaar is. Dit gedeelte heeft een hooizolder.
Waardering.
De boerderij is van algemeen belang, Het pand heeft cultuurhistorisch belang als uitdrukking van de sociaal-economische ontwikkeling van de landbouw en is een voorbeeld van de typologische ontwikkeling van de langgevelboerderij in de tweede helft van de 19de eeuw. Het heeft architectuurhistorsch belang vanwege de sobere detaillering. Het object is van belang wegens zeldzaamheid en gaafheid van het interieur en exterieur.

FARMHOUSE in the countryside of Erp. The object was built in the second half of the nineteenth century in a Artisanal-Traditional building tradition. The building stands perpendicular to the street and consists, from front to rear, of a residential section, a stable and a barn.
Description.
Brick long-gable farmhouse on a rectangular floor plan under a thatched hipped roof with a base of Old Dutch tiles. The farmhouse has a plastered plinth. The front facade has a clamped door with in the fanlight a tree of life. On either side of the door are shuttered six-pane windows. In the transition from residential to business section, in the forecourt of the stable, there is a clamped door with fanlight. In the stable section a gate and a half-door with rounded corners.
The end gable at the street (left side gable) has towards the rear two shuttered windows. At the top two small square windows are placed. The right side gable has a clamped door and on either side of it a six-pane window. In the rear gable are a six-pane window and cellar window. Behind it a canopy with below it another two gates. In the business section a raking arch gate. Behind the house a well.
The interior has been largely preserved in the old state. In the living room tiles lie on the floor. This room has a large fireplace, partly tiled with tortoiseshell tiles. Bed recesses have been preserved. In the kitchen behind it a small sink. Access to the cellar with next to it the door of the upper room. Both doors are broad and low, executed in wood.
