Inleiding
Kortgevelboerderij, daterende uit de achttiende eeuw. Diverse herstellingen en kleine verbouwingen uit de negentiende eeuw.
Omschrijving
De bakstenen BOERDERIJ heeft een rechthoekige plattegrond onder wolfsdak. Het dak is gedekt met riet en heeft een voet van Oud Hollandse pannen.
De voorgevel staat haaks op de straat. In het bovenlicht van de opgeklampte deur is een levensboom aangebracht. Links en rechts van de ingang bevinden zich schuiframen met een kleine roedenverdeling, voorzien van luiken. Deze gevel en de linkerzijgevel (aan de straatkant) hebben een gepleisterde plint. In de linkerzijgevel zijn enkele rechthoekige betonnen stalramen van latere datum aangebracht. De openslaande deeldeuren zijn hoger dan de gevel, het dak is daarboven iets opgewipt. De rechterzijgevel heeft behalve enkele poorten kleine getoogde stalraampjes met ijzeren kozijnen, voorzien van korenaartjes. In de achtergevel is een deel uitgevoerd in gepotdekseld hout.
In het interieur is de oorspronkelijke indeling herkenbaar bewaard gebleven. De boerderij heeft een driebeukige gebintconstructie. De voordeur komt meteen in het woongedeelte, aan de voorkant in het midden van het pand, uit. Links daarvan ligt de geut met een pomp, achterin bevinden zich de kelder en opkamer. In de woonkamer bevinden zich tegen de brandmuur een brede schouw met bank annex turfkist. De achterwand is betegeld in een ruitpatroon met witte- en schildpadtegels. Boven de schouw is een brede geprofileerde bordenlijst aangebracht. Eronder, tegen de linkerwand is een doorgang naar het bedrijfsgedeelte.
Dit bedrijfsgedeelte bestaat uit een stal en een schuur. In de sporenkap zijn grote delen van de oorspronkelijke eiken gebintconstructie bewaard gebleven.
Voor de voorgevel staan twee forse snoeilinden. Daartussen staat een ronde bakstenen waterput met betonnen rand.

The brick FARMHOUSE has a rectangular ground plan under a half-hipped roof. The roof is thatched and has a layer of Old Dutch tiles.
The front facade stands perpendicular to the street. In the fanlight of the clamped door is a tree of life motif. To the left and right of the entrance are sash windows with small glazing bars, provided with shutters. This facade and the left side facade (facing the street) have a plastered plinth. In the left side facade several rectangular concrete stable windows of later date have been inserted. The opening part doors are higher than the facade, the roof is slightly raised above them. The right side facade has, besides several gates, small arched stable windows with iron frames, provided with small ventilation grilles. In the rear facade part is executed in paneled wood.
In the interior the original arrangement is clearly preserved. The farmhouse has a three-aisle timber frame structure. The front door opens directly into the residential section, at the front in the centre of the building. To the left of it lies the drain with a pump, at the back are the cellar and upper chamber. In the living room against the party wall is a broad fireplace with bench and peat box. The rear wall is tiled in a diamond pattern with white and tortoiseshell tiles. Above the fireplace a broad profiled plate shelf is installed. Below it, against the left wall is a passage to the business section.
This business section consists of a stable and a barn. In the collar-tie roof large parts of the original oak timber frame structure are preserved.
In front of the front facade stand two vigorous pollarded linden trees. Between them stands a round brick well with concrete edge.
