KOETSHUIS, gebouwd ca. 1880 en gelegen achter een Eclectisch herenhuis.
Omschrijving
Eenlaags koetshuis, opgetrokken uit baksteen onder zadeldak met geglazuurde oud-Hollandse pannen gedekt. Twee getoogde inrijpoorten met opgeklampte schuifdeuren. Lijstgoot boven tandlijst. Topgevels met klimmend segmentboogfries en rollaag en overhoekse toppinakel. Aansluitend een bakstenen schansmuur op de erfscheiding.
Waardering
Het koetshuis is van algemeen belang. Het heeft architectuurhistorische waarde als voorbeeld van sobere detaillering aan een utiliteitsgebouw, behorend bij een woonhuis dat getuigt van de negentiende-eeuwse bloei van de Meijerij. Het geheel heeft ensemblewaarden als onderdeel van de reeks waardevolle boerderijen en woonhuizen aan de nederzettingsstructuur van de 'kruisstraten'. Het is gaaf bewaard gebleven.

Single-storey coach house, constructed of brick under a gabled roof covered with glazed old Dutch tiles. Two arched carriage entrances with attached sliding doors. Drip moulding above tooth course. Gables with climbing segmental arch frieze and half-hipped roof and corner-set gable finial. Adjacent a brick screen wall on the boundary.
Valuation
The coach house is of general importance. It has architectural-historical value as an example of sober detailing on a utilitarian building, belonging to a residential house that testifies to the nineteenth-century flourishing of the Meijerij. The whole has ensemble values as part of the series of valuable farmhouses and residential houses within the settlement structure of the 'cross streets'. It has survived in good condition.
