SCHUUR, gebouwd in 1913 in een ambachtelijk-traditionele trant uit goedgekeurd afbraakmateriaal, afkomstig van de afgebroken oude pastorie. Blijkens het bestek voor de afbraak van de pastorie en de bouw van de nieuwe villa in Overgangsarchitectuur, zou de schuur dienen voor het opbergen van bouwmaterialen alsook als onderkomen voor de oprichter. Voor dit laatste doel werd een apart kamertje afgetimmerd. Gebouw opgetrokken uit (hergebruikte) beraapte baksteen en gedekt door een met rode Hollandse pannen belegd zadeldak met windveren. Op de nok een houten ontluchtingsrooster. In de zuidoostgevel een deur met tweeruits bovenlicht onder een gevelsteen met onder meer het bouwjaar 1804 (afkomstig uit de afgebroken pastorie); twee zesruits vensters; een vierruits venster. In de zuidwestgevel (vernieuwde) dubbele garagedeuren, een tweeruits schuurvenster en een liggend schuurvenster met roedeverdeling. In de noordwestgevel een klein venster. De achtergevel is blind. Alle vensters zijn van hout en hebben een ingekerfde strek.

In de zuidwestgevel (vernieuwde) dubbele garagedeuren en een tweeruits schuurvenster en een liggend schuurvenster met roedenverdeling. In de noordwestgevel een klein venster. De achtergevel is blind. Alle vensters zijn van hout en hebben een ingekerfde strek.
