Inleiding
PRIEEL, behorende tot de buitenplaats "Schoonoord", in het eerste kwart van de 20ste eeuw gebouwd met neoclassicistische details. Het prieel is gesitueerd aan de zuidzijde van de rechthoekige kavel, bij de zuidelijke beukenlaan ter hoogte van de "huisplaats". Het prieel is thans opgeslagen.
Omschrijving
Prieel, opgetrokken in hout op een rechthoekige plattegrond waarbij de open voorzijde hoekig werd uitgevoerd tussen vier houten zuilen, onder een asymmetrische rieten kap met overstek en decoratieve dakrand aan de voorzijde.
Waardering
Het prieel, behorende tot de buitenplaats "Schoonoord", is van algemeen belang wegens architectuur- en cultuurhistorische waarde als voorbeeld van een prieel uit de eerste helft van de 20ste eeuw met neoclassicistische details en als historisch-structuurbepalend onderdeel van de buitenplaats "Schoonoord".
