Inleiding
SCHUUR en aangebouwde TUINMUUR, behorende bij het landhuis "Schoonoord". De schuur staat aan de zuidzijde van het landhuis en de tuinmuur sluit aan op de oostgevel van de schuur en op de zuidgevel van het landhuis, ter afsluiting van het gazon ten oosten van het huis.
Omschrijving
De bakstenen tuinmuur is opgetrokken op een rustica onderbouw en is afgedekt door rode Hollandse pannen. Een poort wordt aan de oostzijde afgesloten door een schuine luifel met pannen op houten schoren. De schuur is opgetrokken in oranjerode handvormsteen op een rechthoekige plattegrond ter hoogte van één bouwlaag onder een zadeldak met rode Hollandse pannen gedekt. De oostgevel wordt aan de linkerzijde in het verlengde van de daklijn doorgezet tot de rustica plint. Smalle gevelopening en luidklok in de top. Vensters in overige gevels, deur aan de noordzijde.
Waardering
De schuur en tuinmuur, behorend tot de buitenplaats "Schoonoord", is van algemeen belang wegens architectuur- en cultuurhistorische waarde als gaaf bewaard gebleven onderdeel van het landhuis met aangebouwde dienstwoning in de Engelse landhuisstijl naar het ontwerp van J. van Erven Dorens uit de eerste helft van de 20ste eeuw, en als historisch-functioneel onderdeel van de buitenplaats "Schoonoord".

Description
The brick garden wall is built on a rusticated base and is topped with red Dutch tiles. A gate is closed on the east side by a sloping canopy with tiles on wooden brackets. The barn is built in orange-red handmade brick on a rectangular ground plan at the height of one storey under a gabled roof covered with red Dutch tiles. The east gable is extended on the left side in line with the roof edge down to the rusticated plinth. Narrow gable opening and bell gable at the top. Windows in the other gables, door on the north side.
Valuation
The barn and garden wall, belonging to the country estate "Schoonoord", are of general importance for their architectural and cultural-historical value as a well-preserved component of the country house with attached outbuilding in the English country house style designed by J. van Erven Dorens in the first half of the 20th century, and as a historically functional component of the country estate "Schoonoord".
