Omschrijving onderdeel 5: BOUWHUIS behorende bij de historische buitenplaats Oldruitenborg
Gesitueerd aan het oosteinde van de muur langs de Groenestraat een bouwhuis, volgens ingemetselde gevelsteen daterend uit 1739. Eenvoudig vormgegeven bakstenen gebouw op rechthoekige plattegrond onder schilddak met grijze pannen, thans als woonhuis in gebruik; straatgevel (noord) met twee verschillende deuren, een 6-lichtsvenster, een 4-lichts- en twee 8-lichtsvensters; zuidgevel met meerruits- en 6-lichtsvensters.

Description component 5: BOUWHUIS belonging to the historic country estate Oldruitenborg
Situated at the eastern end of the wall along the Groenestraat a bouwhuis, according to an inset facade stone dating from 1739. Simply designed brick building on rectangular ground plan under hipped roof with grey tiles, now used as a residence; street facade (north) with two different doors, a 6-light window, a 4-light and two 8-light windows; south facade with multi-light and 6-light windows.
