Boerderij met schuur behorende bij de historische buitenplaats Wegdam; het boerderijtje ligt ten westen, de schuur ten oosten van de weg;
Omschrijving
De BOERDERIJ, XIX, ligt aan de Wegdammerweg ten noorden van het huis, juist buiten de buitengracht; boerderij met één bouwlaag in baksteen op rechthoekige plattegrond; zadeldak met rode pannen, boven het woongedeelte (westen) afgewolfd; meerruitsramen met luiken in de kleuren van het landgoed Weldam: geel en zwart; achtergevel met naar beneden verlengd hooiluik.

The FARMHOUSE, 19th century, lies on the Wegdammerweg to the north of the house, just outside the outer moat; farmhouse with one storey in brick on rectangular ground plan; gabled roof with red tiles, curved above the dwelling part (west); multi-pane windows with shutters in the colours of the Weldam estate: yellow and black; rear facade with hayloft door extended downwards.
