TUINSIERADEN behorende tot de buitenplaats Offem. a) nabij het koetshuis aan de vijver/gracht staan twee 19de-eeuwse rechthoekige SOKKELS met eenvoudige profilering; b) in de tuin achter het huidige landhuis staat een 18-eeuwse natuurstenen SOKKEL van een zonnewijzer (in opslag) gedecoreerd met een guirlande; c) nabij het huidige landhuis staat op een rijk gebeeldhouwde SOKKEL een 18de-eeuws natuurstenen TUINBEELD voorstellende Minerva, het beeld is gemaakt en gesigneerd door J.P. Bauerscheit.

GARDEN ORNAMENTS belonging to the country estate Offem. a) near the coach house by the pond/waterway stand two 19th-century rectangular PLINTHS with simple moulding; b) in the garden behind the present manor house stands an 18th-century stone PLINTH of a sundial (in storage) decorated with a garland; c) near the present manor house stands on a richly sculpted PLINTH an 18th-century stone GARDEN STATUE representing Minerva, the statue was made and signed by J.P. Bauerscheit.
