DIENSTWONING behorende tot de buitenplaats Offem. Naast het koetshuis staat een op langwerpige grondslag opgetrokken bakstenen tuinmanswoning uit 1866 (zie gevelsteen) met een latere aanbouw van een woning waardoor een L-vormig plattegrond is ontstaan. Het pand op donkere plint bestaat uit één bouwlaag en een zolderverdieping onder een met gesmoorde pannen gedekt zadeldak met topgevels en hoeklisenen. De kopse voorgevel heeft een rondboog spaarnis waarin één vensteras met op de begane grond een gekoppeld rondboogvenster en op de verdieping een rondboog klapvenster. In de linker zijgevel bevinden zich twee risalieten met vooruitspringende portieken met steekkapje, verdere indeling met rondboogvensters. De rechter zijgevel heeft een onregelmatige indeling met rechtgesloten vensters en een rechthoekige aanbouw (woonhuis) onder een zadeldak. Dit woonhuis heeft blinde zijgevels; de voorgevel heeft in het midden de toegangsdeur geflankeerd door een kruisvenster met halve luiken; in het dakschild twee dakkapellen.

SERVANTS' DWELLING belonging to the country estate Offem. Next to the coach house stands a brick gardener's cottage built on an elongated ground plan from 1866 (see foundation stone) with a later extension of a dwelling creating an L-shaped ground plan. The building on dark plinth consists of one storey and an attic storey under a gabled roof covered with smothered tiles with stepped gables and corner pilasters. The end front facade has a semicircular recess in which one window bay with on the ground floor a coupled semicircular window and on the upper storey a semicircular casement window. In the left side facade are two risalits with projecting porticos with pitched-roof gable, further articulation with semicircular windows. The right side facade has an irregular articulation with right-angled windows and a rectangular extension (dwelling) under a gabled roof. This dwelling has blind side facades; the front facade has in the middle the entrance door flanked by a cross window with half shutters; in the roof slopes two roof dormers.
