Omschrijving onderdeel 1; HUIS; XIXd.
Neo-renaissancestijl; blokvormig gebouw op rechthoekige plattegrond; twee bouwlagen onder laag omlopend schilddak met lichthellend middenvlak en vier hoekschoorstenen; dekking met grijze lei; mogelijkerwijs zijn de kelders en een deel van het opgaand muurwerk in de noordwesthoek van het gebouw van oudere datum; baksteen met gecementeerde speklagen; thans is het gebouw witgeschilderd, hetgeen niet oorspronkelijk is; symmetrische voorgevel (oost) van vijf traveeën; ingangspartij met halfrond bovenlicht in risalerende middentravee; tweeruits ramen met dorpel op ong. tweederde van de hoogte; parterreramen met sluit- en hoekstenen; ramen op verdieping met driehoeksfronton; boven middenrisaliet een niet originele dakkapel; daarachter, in het dakvlak, een vierkant klokkentorentje met geknikt tentdakje; zijgevels van vijf traveeën met dezelfde ramen; noordelijke zijgevel met niet te beschermen aanbouwsels uit de jaren 60 en 70 van de 20e eeuw; achtergevel met onregelmatige gevelindeling en aanbouwsels als aan noordgevel; in ouder muurgedeelte op parterre een originele ingang in L. XVI-stijl met rijkgestoken deur in hoofdgestel met kroonlijst op consoles, XVIIId.; onder de gootlijst in het midden van de gevel een rond raam zonder roedenverdeling. Inwendig o.m.: hall en middengang met lambrisering en vloer van grote platen wit marmer; rechter zijkamer met rijke eiken betimmeringen in renaissance-stijl; in linker achterkamer een geaderde witmarmeren L. XV schoorsteenmantel.

Description of component 1; HOUSE; 19th century.
Neo-Renaissance style; block-shaped building on rectangular plan; two storeys under low all-round hipped roof with gently sloping central section and four corner chimneys; covering with grey slate; possibly the cellars and part of the standing masonry in the north-west corner of the building are of older date; brick with cemented decorative bands; the building is now whitewashed, which is not original; symmetrical front facade (east) of five bays; entrance section with semi-circular fanlight in projecting central bay; two-pane windows with sill at approximately two-thirds of the height; ground-floor windows with shut and corner stones; windows on first floor with triangular pediment; above central projection a non-original roof dormer; behind it, in the roof surface, a square bell tower with bent tent roof; side facades of five bays with the same windows; northern side facade with non-protectable extensions from the 1960s and 70s of the 20th century; rear facade with irregular facade arrangement and extensions as on north facade; in older wall section on ground floor an original entrance in Louis XVI style with richly laid door in main frame with cornice on consoles, 18th century; beneath the gutter line in the middle of the facade a round window without glazing bars. Interior including: hall and central corridor with wainscoting and floor of large white marble slabs; right-hand side room with rich oak panelling in Renaissance style; in left back room a veined white marble Louis XV chimney mantel.
