SCHUUR, behorend bij het complex met woonhuis, tot stand gekomen tussen 1860-1880.
Omschrijving
De noordelijk achter het herenhuis gelegen SCHUUR is, met de nokrichting en voorgevel evenwijdig aan de Woerdlaan gesitueerd en wordt hiervan door een erf en haag gescheiden. De schuur heeft een rechthoekige plattegrond en telt één bouwlaag onder een met gesmoorde Hollandse pannen gedekte mansardekap.
De in baksteen opgetrokken gevels hebben een gecementeerde plint. De voorgevel of oostgevel betreft een langsgevel die onder meer drie grote dubbel openslaande getoogde deuren bevat. Daartussen zijn gietijzeren segmentboogvormige stalvensters geplaatst. Op het dakvlak komen twee dakkapellen met luiken voor met wangen.
De kopgevels bevatten elk in de top een rond gietijzeren roosvenster.
De achtergevel is nagenoeg blind.
Waardering
Van algemeen belang vanwege de architectuurhistorische waarde als relatief gaaf voorbeeld van een groot type schuur, alsmede van ensemblewaarde in relatie tot het herenhuis.

Description
The BARN situated to the north behind the townhouse is, with the ridge direction and front facade parallel to the Woerdlaan positioned and is separated from it by a yard and hedge. The barn has a rectangular ground plan and has one storey under a mansard roof covered with Dutch tiles.
The facades built in brick have a cemented plinth. The front facade or east facade is a long facade which among other things contains three large double-opening arched doors. Between these are cast-iron segmental arch-shaped stable windows placed. On the roof plane two roof dormers with shutters with cheeks appear.
The gable ends each contain in the top a round cast-iron ventilation window.
The rear facade is nearly blind.
Valuation
Of general importance on account of the architectural-historical value as a relatively intact example of a large type of barn, as well as of ensemble value in relation to the townhouse.
