Omschrijving
Vrijstaand, eenlaags BEDRIJFSGEBOUW (D) (opslag Technische Dienst), bevindt zich het meest noordelijk van alle gebouwen op het terrein. Het is een in grondvlak rechthoekig, in Groninger baksteen opgetrokken gebouw. Het trasraam wordt beëindigd door een rollaag, waarmee ook de vensters worden afgesloten maar die zich over de vier gevels voortzet. Het wordt door een met mastiek voorzien zadeldak gedekt en is haaks op de Zwolseweg gesitueerd. Windveren en bakgoten zijn geprofileerd.
Als VOORGEVEL wordt de straatzijde beschouwd met onder de in kruisverband uitgevoerde topgevel, twee schuifdeuren (kraalprofieldelen)die achter een vrijstaande kolom zijn geplaatst, die zich tot in de kruin van de geveltop over de muur voortzet. De gevelopeningen worden door een latei afgesloten. De schuine zijden van de topgevel is voorzien van een uitgemetseld, opklimmend fries onder het dakoverstek.
De LINKER- en RECHTER ZIJGEVEL, uitgevoerd in halfsteens verband, zijn aan elkaar gelijk. Zij worden door zes lisenen (kruisverband) in vijf spaarvelden verdeeld waarvan het tweede en vierde veld zijn voorzien van drie naast elkaar geplaatste vensters met 2x2-ruits ramen rustend op een uitgemetselde lekdorpel en onder de eerder genoemde omlopende rollaag. Alleen de rechter zijgevel bevat in het eerste veld een moderne houten aanbouw. De ACHTERGEVEL is blind uitgevoerd en bezit enkel een uitgemetselde kolom die de gevel in tweeën verdeelt. Tegen de gevel is een moderne fietsenstalling geplaatst.
Het INTERIEUR is eenvoudig en bevat behalve de op de buitenmuren rustende, door stalen Philibertspanten ondersteunde houten zoldering weinig waardevolle elementen.
Waardering
- Van architectuurhistorisch belang als voorbeeld van een goed en redelijk gaaf bewaard voorbeeld van een fabrieksgebouw.
- Van stedenbouwkundig belang als onderdeel van een historisch gegroeid fabriekscomplex, gesitueerd aan de Zwolseweg, die de verbindingsweg vormt van de dorpskern van Heerde naar Wapenveld.

Description
Detached, single-storey INDUSTRIAL BUILDING (D) (storage Technical Services), situated most northerly of all buildings on the site. It is a rectangular-plan building constructed in Groningen brick. The trash frame is terminated by a roller course, which also closes off the windows but continues over all four facades. It is covered by a gabled roof sealed with mastic and is positioned at right angles to the Zwolseweg. Wind braces and gutters are moulded.
The FRONT FACADE is considered to be the street side with, beneath the stepped gable executed in alternating bond, two sliding doors (beaded profile parts) placed behind a freestanding column, which extends up to the apex of the gable above the wall. The gable openings are closed off by a lintel. The sloping sides of the stepped gable are provided with a mortared, ascending frieze under the roof overhang.
The LEFT and RIGHT SIDE FACADES, executed in half-brick bond, are identical to one another. They are divided by six pilasters (alternating bond) into five spans, of which the second and fourth fields are provided with three windows placed side by side with 2x2-pane windows resting on a mortared drip course and beneath the aforementioned continuous roller course. Only the right side facade contains in the first field a modern wooden extension. The REAR FACADE is executed blind and has only a mortared column that divides the facade in two. Against the facade is a modern bicycle shed.
The INTERIOR is simple and contains, apart from the wooden ceiling resting on the external walls and supported by steel Philibert roof trusses, few valuable elements.
