HUISRUÏNE, deels laat-middeleeuws, deels XXa; in het zuidelijk terreindeel naast de Aa; grotendeels omgrachte ruïne van het 15e eeuwse huis Seldensate; ook resteren bouwdelen van het huis dat rond 1900 in neo-renaissancestijl op de middeleeuwse kelders gebouwd werd; ook dit gebouw is inmiddels verdwenen; de restanten zijn met rollagen van machinale baksteen afgedekt.

HOUSE RUIN, partly late medieval, partly first half of 20th century; in the southern part of the terrain beside the Aa; largely moated ruin of the 15th century house Seldensate; building parts also remain from the house that was built around 1900 in neo-Renaissance style on the medieval cellars; this building too has since disappeared; the remains are covered with courses of machine-made brick.
