Omschrijving onderdeel 3.
BOERDERIJ behorende tot de historische buitenplaats de Brink. Ten oosten van het hoofdgebouw, op de grens van park- en weidegebied, ligt een boerderij uit 1867. De boerderij is van het hallenhuistype en bestaat uit een deel met aan weerszijden stalruimte (noord) en een woonhuis (zuid). In de symmetrische eindgevel (noord) een grote, halfronde, dubbele inrijdeur, ter weerszijden rondboogvensters met deels gewone, deels spaakroeden, aan de geveleinden kleine staldeuren met halfronde bovenkant. Boven de centrale inrijdeur een dubbel hijsluik met halfronde bovenkant en in de top twee ronde vensters met kruisvormige roedenverdeling. In de zijgevels een duidelijke scheiding tussen stal- en woongedeelte: de westgevel is voorzien van twee halfronde stalramen met spaakroeden aan de ene kant (noord) en een toegangsdeur met venster aan de andere kant (zuid). Deur en venster hebben een identiek bovenlicht met een voornamelijk diagonale glas-in-lood verdeling rond een centrale ruitvorm. Het meerruitsvenster (verdeling 2x2) is voorzien van luiken. Aan de oostgevel twee halfronde stalramen met spaakroeden en een kleine staldeur aan de noordkant en twee meerruitsvensters met bovenlicht en luiken (zie westgevel) aan de zuidkant. De symmetrische voorgevel heeft op begane grond niveau centraal een toegangsdeur met aan weerszijden twee meerruitsvensters met luiken (zie westgevel), op de verdieping twee dubbel openslaande vensters met diagonaal glas-in-lood motief. De boerderij heeft een met zwarte pannen gedekt zadeldak.

FARMHOUSE belonging to the historic country estate De Brink. To the east of the main building, on the boundary of park and pasture land, lies a farmhouse from 1867. The farmhouse is of the hall-house type and consists of a part with stable space on either side (north) and a dwelling house (south). In the symmetrical end gable (north) a large, semi-circular, double carriage entrance, flanked by round-arch windows with partly ordinary, partly spoke glazing bars, at the gable ends small stable doors with semi-circular tops. Above the central carriage entrance a double hoist shutter with semi-circular top and at the apex two round windows with cross-shaped glazing bars. In the side gables a clear division between stable and residential section: the west gable is provided with two semi-circular stable windows with spoke glazing bars on one side (north) and an access door with window on the other side (south). Door and window have an identical fanlight with a predominantly diagonal stained-glass division around a central pane shape. The multi-pane window (division 2x2) is provided with shutters. On the east gable two semi-circular stable windows with spoke glazing bars and a small stable door on the north side and two multi-pane windows with fanlights and shutters (see west gable) on the south side. The symmetrical front facade has at ground floor level centrally an access door with on either side two multi-pane windows with shutters (see west gable), on the upper storey two double opening windows with diagonal stained-glass motif. The farmhouse has a gabled roof covered with black tiles.
