Omschrijving onderdeel 15: BOERDERIJ MET PUT EN BERG
Eenvoudig boerderijtje gelegen aan de Nieuwe Wetering op de buitenplaats De Colckhof, blijkens jaaranker 18e-eeuws. Voorzien van een afgewolfd rieten zadeldak; gepleisterde voorgevel, vensters met roedenverdeling, met luiken behangen. Bij de boerderij een stenen put en achter de boerderij een vierroedenhooiberg met rieten kap.
Waardering
BOERDERIJ MET PUT EN BERG is van algemeen cultuurhistorisch belang:
- vanwege de ouderdom;
- vanwege de functionele en ruimtelijke samenhang met de andere gebouwen en objecten van de buitenplaats;

Description component 15: FARMHOUSE WITH WELL AND HAY BARN
Simple farmhouse situated on the Nieuwe Wetering on the country estate De Colckhof, as evidenced by a date stone from the 18th century. Fitted with a curved thatched gabled roof; plastered front facade, windows with glazing bars, furnished with shutters. Adjacent to the farmhouse a stone well and behind the farmhouse a four-rod hay barn with thatched roof.
