Omschrijving onderdeel 7: EENDENHUISJE
Recht tegenover het hoofdgebouw (huis De Colckhof) aan de vijver gelegen eendenhuisje uit het midden van de 19de eeuw. Het eendenhuisje heeft een vierkante plattegrond en staat op een bakstenen plint. De verjongende gevels zijn deels opgetrokken in vakwerk en metselwerk (cementrustiek) dat thans wit geschilderd is. Het vakwerk is (menie)rood geschilderd. In de gevels kleine, liggende twee- en twaalfruits vensters, kleine vensters en rechthoekige toegangen. Het gebouwtje wordt overkapt door een met riet gedekt royaal overstekend zadeldak met windveren. De vloer is met klinkers bestraat.

Description
Description component 7: DUCK HOUSE
Duck house from the mid-19th century situated directly opposite the main building (house De Colckhof) on the pond. The duck house has a square plan and stands on a brick plinth. The tapering facades are partly constructed in half-timber and masonry (cement rustication) which is now painted white. The half-timber is painted (lead oxide) red. In the facades small, horizontal two- and twelve-pane windows, small windows and rectangular entrances. The building is covered by a generously overhanging gabled roof thatched with reed and fitted with wind braces. The floor is paved with clinker bricks.

DUCK HOUSE is of general cultural-historical importance:
