IJSKELDER, direct ten zuiden van het huis: in heuvel gebouwde ronde bakstenen ijskelder met koepelgewelf met acht brede ribben, XVIII; ingangspartij met bakstenen segmentbooggewelf, die naar de houten ingangsdeur toe smaller wordt. Op de heuvel vier oude paardekastanjes (boomsoort met maximale schaduwwerking!).
Waardering
De IJSKELDER is van algemeen belang:
- vanwege de ouderdom;
- vanwege de imposante koepelarchitectuur;
- als wezenlijk cultuurhistorisch en functioneel onderdeel van de historische buitenplaats.

ICE HOUSE, directly south of the house: round brick ice house built into a hill with barrel vault with eight broad ribs, 18th century; entrance section with brick segmental barrel vault, which becomes narrower towards the wooden entrance door. On the hill four old horse chestnuts (tree species with maximum shade effect!).
