Omschrijving onderdeel 3:
BOERDERIJEN, XIX; links en rechts van de laan voor het huis staat een bakstenen boerderij van het kopromp type; de noordelijke boerderij heeft een schilddak met rode pannen; de nokhoogte van het woongedeelte is dezelfde als van het schuurdeel; dit schuurdeel is voor wat betreft de bovenste dakhelft gedekt met riet; het woongedeelte, dat inspringt t.o.v. de schuur, heeft één bouwlaag plus een mezzanine (oorspronkelijk zolder); T-vensters; het achterschild van de schuur is afgewolfd en heeft een uilenbord. De zuidelijke boerderij is van hetzelfde type; het woongedeelte is echter lager dan de schuur en heeft grijze pannen op een wolfdak; de schuur heeft riet op rode pannen; meerruitsramen; schuin dwars achter elke boerderij een kleine schuur met zadeldak (rode pannen) en windveren .

FARMHOUSES, 19th century; on the left and right of the avenue in front of the house stands a brick farmhouse of the kopromp type; the northern farmhouse has a hipped roof with red pantiles; the ridge height of the residential section is the same as that of the barn section; this barn section is covered with thatch as far as the upper roof slope; the residential section, which recesses in relation to the barn, has one storey plus a mezzanine (originally loft); T-windows; the rear slope of the barn is arched and has an owl board. The southern farmhouse is of the same type; however, the residential section is lower than the barn and has grey pantiles on a half-hipped roof; the barn has thatch on red pantiles; multi-pane windows; diagonally across behind each farmhouse a small barn with gabled roof (red pantiles) and wind vanes.
