Omschrijving onderdeel 2:
PARKAANLEG, bestaande uit a. huiseiland b. moestuin c. zichtlaan d.wandelbos e. weilanden
ad a. huiseiland, XVIII of ouder; rechthoekig, toegankelijk via een brug met hek (RM 519724); enkele oude solitairen, waaronder een walnoot en een treurbeuk; in de as achter het huis een sokkel (RM 519726); de zuid- en de westarm van de gracht worden aan de buitenzijde begeleid door een singellaan, waarin voornamelijk oude eiken.
ad b. de moestuin ligt op het eiland gevormd door de noordelijke lus van de gracht, XVIII of ouder; toegankelijk via een dam; de moestuin bestaat uit een grasveld met nog enkele fruitbomen; er is geen specifieke inrichting meer.
ad c. de zichtlaan , XVIII, loopt in noordoostelijke richting vanaf de voordeur van het huis naar de Rijksstraatweg; lengte ong. 1 km.; er is geen regelmatige laanbeplanting; het onverharde tracé wordt begeleid door bosstroken en brede singels, waarnaast weer onregelmatig gevormde weilanden liggen; bij de straatweg, waar de dienstwoning (RM 519721) staat, ligt een bosje. Het gebied van laan, bosjes en singels wordt het bos van Quintus genoemd; het heeft het karakter van een parklandschap. De laan wordt op ong. 100 m. van het huis loodrecht gekruist door de Meentweg, de eigenlijke toegangsweg.
ad d. ten noorden van de moestuin en de boerderijen (RM 519721) ligt een klein wandelbos, in aanleg XVIII, in de 19e eeuw gedeeltelijk verlandschappelijkt; in het deel naast de moestuin liggen een ronde visvijver en slingerpaden; het deel achter de noordelijke boerderij heeft enkele rechte lanen en een langgerekte rechthoekige visvijver.
ad e. buiten de weien in het bos van Quintus zijn er enkele weilanden als buffer opgenomen in het complex.

ad a. house island, 18th century or older; rectangular, accessible via a bridge with gate (RM 519724); several old solitary trees, including a walnut and a weeping beech; in the axis behind the house a plinth (RM 519726); the south and west arm of the moat are accompanied on the outside by a tree-lined avenue, containing mainly old oaks.
ad b. the kitchen garden lies on the island formed by the northern loop of the moat, 18th century or older; accessible via a causeway; the kitchen garden consists of a grassed area with several remaining fruit trees; there is no specific layout remaining.
ad c. the sight line, 18th century, runs in a northeast direction from the front door of the house towards the Rijksstraatweg; length approx. 1 km.; there is no regular avenue planting; the unpaved course is accompanied by wooded strips and broad tree-lined edges, beside which irregularly formed pastures lie; at the street, where the service house (RM 519721) stands, a small wood lies. The area of avenue, woods and tree-lined edges is called the Quintus forest; it has the character of a parkland landscape. The avenue is crossed at right angles approx. 100 m. from the house by the Meentweg, the actual access road.
ad d. north of the kitchen garden and the farmhouses (RM 519721) lies a small woodland walk, laid out 18th century, in the 19th century partially landscaped; in the section next to the kitchen garden lie a round fish pond and winding paths; the section behind the northern farmhouse has several straight avenues and an elongated rectangular fish pond.
ad e. outside the pastures in the Quintus forest several pastures are included as buffer in the complex.
