Omschrijving onderdeel 10: Plantage-Centrum 12 - VOORMALIGE PAARDENSTAL, vierde kwart negentiende eeuw; thans dienstwoning; bakstenen gebouw zonder verdieping onder met rode pannen en riet gedekt schilddak met insteekkap boven risalerend gedeelte aan noordzijde van oostgevel; houten dakkapel in oostelijk dakvlak en gemetselde dakkapel aan zuidzijde. In westgevel tweemaal twee gekoppelde getoogde achtruits schuifvensters en een mestluik; in de oostgevel twee gekoppelde grote deuren met gedeelde bovenlichten in het risalerende gedeelte en een deur waarin drie-ruits venster met aan weerszijde een hooggeplaatst getoogd venster met rechtgesloten vensters met ruitvormige roedenverdeling en een spitsboognis in de dakkapel. Geveldecoraties door middel van in het metselwerk geplaatste drainagebuizen, in rijen boven de strekken der getoogde vensters en de deur, en samengesteld tot cirkels (oost- en zuidgevel), vierpasmotieven en ruiten (noordgevel).

Description component 10: Plantage-Centrum 12 - FORMER HORSE STABLE, fourth quarter nineteenth century; now servant's cottage; brick building without storey under a hipped roof covered with red tiles and thatch with a raking dormer above a projecting section on the north side of the east facade; wooden roof dormer in the eastern roof slope and brick roof dormer on the south side. In west facade twice two coupled segmental-arched eight-pane sash windows and a manure hatch; in the east facade two coupled large doors with divided fanlights in the projecting section and a door with a three-pane window with on either side a high-placed segmental-arched window with rectangular windows with diamond-shaped glazing bars and a pointed-arch recess in the roof dormer. Facade decorations by means of drainage pipes placed in the brickwork, in rows above the stretches of the segmental-arched windows and the door, and assembled into circles (east and south facades), quatrefoil motifs and lozenges (north facade).
