Voormalige bakstenen BOERDERIJ (12) op rechthoekige plattegrond, daterend uit omstreeks 1900 en waarin de schuur als gevolg van verbouwing(en) is opgenomen; in gebruik als woon- en bergruimte, het geheel onder hoog opgaand samengesteld dak, gedekt met oud-Hollandse pannen en voorzien van uileboren. Gevels ten dele voorzien van T-vensters en stalraampjes, achtergevel (oost) met moderne vensters (circa 1990), inwendig drie gebinten. Structuur van oude gang (dwars op de lengterichting) met aangrenzende vertrekken gehandhaafd evenals hoofd-draagconstructie. Schuurdeuren vernieuwd omstreeks 1990, sier- en rozetankers nog oorspronkelijk.
Waardering
De voormalige BOERDERIJ is van algemeen belang omdat:
- het gebouw in historisch opzicht deel uitmaakt van Stania State;
- de voormalige boerderij ouder is dan vijftig jaar;
- het object een functie vervult binnen de compositie van de historische aanleg, nl. die van blikpunt en daarom niet buiten de bescherming kan worden gelaten;
- de voormalige boerderij weliswaar aan de agrarische functie is onttrokken en wijzigingen heeft ondergaan, maar in haar verschijningsvorm als zodanig herkenbaar is en als zodanig verwijst naar Roodbaards ontwerp;

Former brick FARMHOUSE (12) on a rectangular plan, dating from around 1900 and in which the barn has been incorporated as a result of remodelling(s); in use as living and storage space, the whole under a high-pitched composite roof, tiled with old-Dutch tiles and fitted with owl holes. Facades partly fitted with T-windows and stable lights, rear facade (east) with modern windows (circa 1990), internally three bays. Structure of old corridor (transverse to the length) with adjoining rooms maintained as well as main load-bearing construction. Barn doors renewed around 1990, ornamental and rose anchors still original.
Valuation
The former FARMHOUSE is of general importance because:
- the building is historically part of Stania State;
- the former farmhouse is older than fifty years;
- the object fulfils a function within the composition of the historical layout, namely that of focal point and therefore cannot be excluded from protection;
- the former farmhouse, although removed from its agricultural function and having undergone alterations, remains recognisable in its appearance as such and as such refers to Roodbaards design;
- part of the historical layout with rooms on either side of the corridor has been retained;
- architectural historical significance is attributed to the load-bearing construction.
