Lange KWEEKBAK (10) voor de kas op rechthoekige plattegrond en van afgestreken beton(blokken) gebouwd, de zuidmuur kniehoog en de noordmuur heuphoog, beide zijmuren naar achteren toe oplopend. Roeden en glas ontbreken. Datering: naar schatting omstreeks 1930.
De lange KWEEKBAK voor de kas bezit algemeen belang omdat:
- het object ouder is dan vijftig jaar;
- de typerende vorm en functie kenmerkend zijn voor een historische buitenplaats;
- het materiaalgebruik (beton) voor kweekbakken opmerkelijk is;
- het object een doelmatige vormgeving heeft.

Long SEED BED (10) in front of the greenhouse on rectangular plan and built of finished concrete (blocks), the south wall knee-high and the north wall hip-high, both side walls rising toward the rear. Glazing bars and glass are absent. Dating: estimated circa 1930.
