Rechts van het woonhuis bevindt zich een op een nagenoeg vierkante plattegrond gebouwd gepleisterd voormalig LABORATORIUMHUISJE waartegen aan de achterzijde een garage is aangebouwd waarop de bescherming van rijkswege niet van toepassing is. Het huisje in niet geheel conform de bouwtekening uitgevoerd of later (wat waarschijnlijker is) verbouwd. Deze verbouwing zou plaatsgevonden kunnen hebben tussen 1910 en 1920. Het pand is voorzien van een overstekend zadeldak, met de nok haaks op de weg, gedekt met shingles. Aan de voorzijde heeft het huisje een rechtgesloten deuropening die aan de bovenzijde voorzien is van een gepleisterde omlijsting. De dubbele deur heeft twee flankerende stolpramen met glas-in-lood bovenlichten. Boven de deuropening bevindt zich een klein rechtgesloten venster met aan de bovenzijde een stucomlijsting. Het venster is voorzien van een stolpraam. De geveltop is van een betimmering voorzien. In de linker zijgevel van het huisje bevindt zich een rechtgesloten venster met luiken en een stolpraam met een enkelruits bovenlicht. In de beide zijgevels bevindt zich een kelderlicht. De rechter zijgevel heeft rechts een kleine uitbouw waarin zich een van glas-in-lood voorzien raam bevindt. Waardering

Description
To the right of the residential house there stands a former LABORATORY COTTAGE built on an approximately square floor plan with rendered walls, against the rear of which a garage has been constructed which is not subject to protection by the state. The cottage was not executed entirely in accordance with the building drawing or was later (which is more probable) altered. This alteration could have taken place between 1910 and 1920. The building is provided with an overhanging gabled roof, with the ridge perpendicular to the road, covered with shingles. On the front facade the cottage has a rectangular closed door opening which is provided at the top with a rendered surround. The double door has two flanking mullioned windows with leaded-glass fanlights. Above the door opening there is a small rectangular closed window with a stucco surround at the top. The window is provided with a mullioned frame. The gable top is provided with boarding. In the left side gable of the cottage there is a rectangular closed window with shutters and a mullioned window with a single-light fanlight. In both side gables there is a basement light. The right side gable has on the right a small extension in which there is a window provided with leaded glass.
