Omschrijving
In tuin bevindt zich rechts van het huis een PRIEEL. De plattegrond wordt gevormd door een halve achthoek. Het houten gebouwtje heeft aan de voorzijde drie 'tweepas'bogen d.w.z. twee gekoppelde bogen zonder middenondersteuning. De ruimte tussen de bogen en het dak is ingevuld met houten ajourwerk panelen.
Waardering
PRIEEL uit ca. 1890-1910.
Architectuurhistorische waarden:
- Het prieel is van belang omwille van de gaaf bewaarde laat 19de eeuwse dan wel vroege twintigste eeuwse hoofdvorm, de detaillering en het materiaalgebruik, waaronder het fraaie ajourwerk.
- Het prieel vormt een goed voorbeeld van een uit bovengenoemd tijdperk daterend prieel waarin invloeden van de Chaletstijl herkenbaar zijn.
Stedebouwkundige waarden:
- Het in een nog enigszins een negentiende eeuws karakter vertonende tuin gelegen prieel vormt een functioneel onderdeel van het villa-complex.
Cultuurhistorische waarden:
- Het bouwwerk is als gaaf bewaard laat negentiende of vroeg twintigste eeuws prieel van typologisch belang.

In the garden to the right of the house there is a PAVILION. The floor plan is formed by a half octagon. The wooden building has on the front three 'two-pointed' arches, that is two coupled arches without central support. The space between the arches and the roof is filled with wooden openwork panels.
