Inleiding.
BIJGEBOUW uit circa 1900, gebouwd voor de laatste graaf van Hoogendorp in het buitengebied van Zundert in een Traditionalistische bouwtrant.
Omschrijving.
Eénlaags bakstenen gebouw op een rechthoekige plattegrond onder een zadeldak gedekt met muldenpannen. Het linkergedeelte bevat een kamer met schouw, in de wand is een gevelsteen uit 1862 ingemetseld afkomstig uit een vorig woonhuis van de familie van Hoogendorp. Het rechtergedeelte is als schuur ingericht.
Waardering.
Het bijgebouw is van algemeen belang. Het heeft cultuurhistorisch belang als bijzondere uitdrukking van de sociaal-economische ontwikkeling, namelijk de ontginning en aanleg van landgoederen voor de plaatselijke elite kort na 1900. Het gebouw is van architectuurhistorisch belang door de detaillering. Het heeft ensemblewaarde door de samenhang met het landhuis. Het is gaaf bewaard gebleven.

OUTBUILDING from circa 1900, built for the last count of Hoogendorp in the outlying area of Zundert in a Traditionalist style of building.
Description.
Single-storey brick building on a rectangular floor plan under a gabled roof covered with pantiles. The left section contains a room with fireplace; in the wall is a foundation stone from 1862 set in mortar originating from a previous residence of the Hoogendorp family. The right section is fitted out as a barn.
Valuation.
The outbuilding is of general importance. It has cultural-historical importance as a distinctive expression of socio-economic development, namely the development and laying out of country estates for the local elite shortly after 1900. The building is of architectural-historical importance because of the detailing. It has ensemble value through its coherence with the country house. It has been preserved in excellent condition.
