Inleiding
De LANGGEVELBOERDERIJ uit omstreeks 1910 in Ambachtelijk-Traditionele stijl , heeft een dwarsdeel en is met de nok parallel aan de straat gelegen.
Omschrijving
Het eenlaags gebouw heeft een rechthoekige plattegrond, één bouwlaag en een zadeldak met muldenpannen. Het zuidelijke deel wordt ingenomen door het woonhuis, het noordelijke door het bedrijfsgedeelte. De gevels zijn opgetrokken in baksteen en voorzien van smeedijzeren steek- en sierankers. De voorgevel heeft een gecementeerde plint en een tandlijst. De voorgevel van het woonhuis wordt bekroond door een geprofileerde gootlijst en telt drie vensterassen. De centrale, vernieuwde paneeldeur met bovenlicht wordt geflankeerd door twee zesruits schuifvensters met opgeklampte luiken en getoogde strekken. De zuidelijke zijgevel heeft twee van dergelijke vensters en in de zuidoostelijke hoek een kelderlicht met bovenliggend twaalfruits opkamervenster. De zolderverdieping wordt belicht door twee vierruits schuifvensters. Ook de achtergevel van het woonhuis is voorzien van een kelderlicht, waarnaast een opgeklampte deur met bovenlicht en een zesruits schuifvenster met opgeklampte luiken. Het bedrijfsgedeelte bestaat uit een stal en een dwarsdeel. In de voorgevel zijn naast het woonhuis twee vierruits stalvensters, een opgeklampte inrijpoort, een stel opgeklampte deeldeuren en opnieuw twee stalvensters aangebracht. De noordelijke zijgevel is op de plint na beschoten. Tegen de achtergevel is een op twee houten stijlen met poeren rustend lessenaardak aangebracht. In het interieur, dat zijn oorspronkelijke indeling grotendeels heeft behouden, zijn onder meer de schouw met figuratieve tegels en gietijzeren haardplaat met een afbeelding van de geboorte van Christus van belang.
Het onverharde erf is gedeeltelijk omhaagd.
Waardering
De langgevelboerderij is van algemeen belang. Het gebouw heeft cultuurhistorisch belang als voorbeeld van de sociaal-economische ontwikkeling van de landbouw in de periode kort na 1900 en als voorbeeld van de typologische ontwikkeling van de langgevelboerderij. Architectuurhistorisch is het van belang vanwege de sobere ornamentiek en bijzondere samenhang tussen exterieur en interieur. The LONG-FAÇADE FARMHOUSE from circa 1910 in Craft-Traditional style, has a transverse section and is positioned with the ridge parallel to the street.
Description
The single-storey building has a rectangular floor plan, one storey and a gabled roof with curved tiles. The southern part is occupied by the dwelling house, the northern part by the business section. The facades are constructed in brick and provided with wrought-iron wall anchors (ornamental). The front facade has a cemented plinth and a dentil course. The front facade of the dwelling house is crowned by a profiled cornice and counts three window bays. The central, renewed panelled door with fanlight is flanked by two six-light sash windows with clamped shutters and arched reveals. The southern side facade has two such windows and in the south-eastern corner a cellar light with an overlying twelve-light casement window. The attic storey is lit by two four-light sash windows. The rear facade of the dwelling house is also provided with a cellar light, next to which are a clamped door with fanlight and a six-light sash window with clamped shutters. The business section consists of a stable and a transverse section. In the front facade, next to the dwelling house, two four-light stable windows, a clamped carriage door, a pair of clamped split doors and again two stable windows are arranged. The northern side facade is rendered over except for the plinth. Against the rear facade a lean-to roof supported on two timber posts with plinths has been constructed. In the interior, which has largely retained its original layout, notable elements include the fireplace with figurative tiles and cast-iron fireback with an image of the birth of Christ.
The unmade courtyard is partially hedged.

The long-façade farmhouse is of general importance. The building has cultural-historical significance as an example of the socio-economic development of agriculture in the period shortly after 1900 and as an example of the typological development of the long-façade farmhouse.
