Inleiding.
R.K. pastorie uit 1920 in Traditionalistische en Expressionistische vormen, naar ontwerp van J. Franssen. Het huis is via een gang verbonden met de naastgelegen kerk H. Antonius Abt.
Omschrijving.
Het tweelaagse huis heeft een samengestelde plattegrondsvorm onder zadel- en schilddaken met dakoverstek en bakgoten. Het dak is gedekt met tuile du nord-pannen. De ingangsportiek ligt in een kleine blokvormige uitbouw van het huis met op de verdieping een balkon.
De bakstenen buitenmuren zijn gemetseld in kruisverband. Horizontaal gemetselde rollagen geven een indeling aan de muurvlakken. De benedenverdieping heeft kruisvensters. De bovenlichten zijn voorzien van glas-in-lood. In de draairamen twee horizontale roeden. Het bovenlicht bij voordeur heeft een ruitvormige roedenindeling. Aan de straatkant is het erf afgescheiden door een klein gemetseld schansmuurtje met ezelsrug. Tussen huis en kerk staat een garage met ernaast de dienstingang van de pastorie. Voor het huis vier snoeilindes van ca. 1,5 meter omtrek.
Waardering.
De pastorie is van algemeen belang. Zij heeft cultuurhistorisch belang als bijzondere uitdrukking van de ontwikkeling van het katholicisme in het interbellum en is tevens van belang voor de typologische ontwikkeling van de pastorie. Zij heeft architectuurhistorische waarde vanwege de stijl en de detaillering en vanwege de plaats in het oeuvre van de architect Franssen. Het gebouw heeft ensemblewaarden vanwege de bijzondere betekenis door de situering naast de kerk, nauw verbonden met de ontwikkeling van het kerkdorp.

The two-storey house has a composite floor plan shape under gabled and hipped roofs with roof overhang and gutters. The roof is covered with tuile du nord tiles. The entrance porch is located in a small block-shaped extension of the house with a balcony on the upper floor.
The brick external walls are built in cross bond. Horizontally laid courses give a division to the wall surfaces. The ground floor has cross windows. The fanlights are furnished with stained glass. In the casement windows two horizontal glazing bars. The fanlight at the front door has a diamond-shaped glazing bar pattern. On the street side the site is separated by a small brick parapet wall with a crest. Between house and church stands a garage with the service entrance to the rectory beside it. In front of the house four pruned lime trees of approximately 1.5 metre girth.

It has cultural-historical importance as a particular expression of the development of Catholicism in the interwar period and is also of importance for the typological development of the rectory.
