Inleiding
De schuur zuidelijk van het woonstalhuis gelegen is van het Vlaamse type. De nok van de schuur staat haaks op die van het woonstalhuis. Aan de oostkant bevindt zich een paardenstal. De overige inrichting van de schuur is meerdere malen gewijzigd onder andere voor het plaatsen van melkvee.
Omschrijving
De tweebeukige Vlaamse SCHUUR van langsdeeltype heeft een schilddak met wolfseinde gedekt met grijze Tuile du Nordpannen. Aan de noord-oostkant van de schuur een overhuivend dak gedragen door korbeelhout boven de één travee teruggeplaatste deeldeuren.
De schuur heeft zwart geteerde houten wanden voorzien van horizontale houten delen met groef en messing staande op een gemetselde plint. De west- en oostkant van de schuur is gedeeltelijk opgetrokken uit baksteen. Inwendig zijn de vijf dekbalkgebinten bewaard gebleven.
Waardering
De Vlaamse SCHUUR is van algemeen belang. Het gebouw heeft cultuurhistorische waarden: het is van belang als bijzondere uitdrukking van de ontwikkeling van de boerderijbouw in de tweede helft van de negentiende eeuw; het is van belang als voorbeeld van de technische en typologische ontwikkeling van de Vlaamse schuur. Ensemblewaarden: de schuur maakt deel uit van een complex dat van algemeen belang is.

The barn situated south of the house-and-barn is of the Flemish type. The ridge of the barn is at right angles to that of the house-and-barn. On the east side there is a horse stable. The remaining fittings of the barn have been altered several times, including for the placement of dairy cattle.
Description
The two-aisle Flemish BARN of the cross-aisle type has a half-hipped roof thatched with grey Tuile du Nord tiles. On the north-east side of the barn an overhanging roof carried by corbelled wood above the partial doors set back one bay.
The barn has black tarred wooden walls provided with horizontal wooden parts with groove and brass standing on a brick plinth. The west and east sides of the barn are partly built of brick. Internally the five collar-tie roof trusses have been preserved.
Valuation
The Flemish BARN is of general importance. The building has cultural-historical values: it is of importance as a particular expression of the development of farmhouse construction in the second half of the nineteenth century; it is of importance as an example of the technical and typological development of the Flemish barn. Ensemble values: the barn is part of a complex that is of general importance.
