Inleiding
Het KOETSHUIS, behorende bij het herenhuis Ginnekenweg 222, staat iets terug in de rooilijn. De noordelijke gevel sluit aan op de grotendeels blinde zuidelijke zijgevel van het woonhuis. Het pand dateert uit 1864-'65 en is eveneens uitgevoerd in een stijl met elementen van het Eclecticisme.
Omschrijving
Het koetshuis heeft een globaal rechthoekige plattegrond, telt één bouwlaag en wordt gedekt door een zadeldak, belegd met kruispannen. De gevels zijn opgetrokken in baksteen, waarbij de oostelijke gevel is gepleisterd, voorzien van schijnvoegen en bekroond door een als fronton bepleisterde en omlijste topgevel, met geprofileerde windveren en een leeg medaillon.
De inrijpoort bestaat uit een vleugelpaneeldeur met gietijzeren deurroosters, waarop in laagreliëf vazen staan afgebeeld.

The COACH HOUSE, belonging to the townhouse Ginnekenweg 222, is set back somewhat from the building line. The northern facade adjoins the largely blank southern side facade of the dwelling house. The building dates from 1864-'65 and is likewise executed in a style with elements of Eclecticism.

The coach house has a roughly rectangular floor plan, comprises one storey and is covered by a gabled roof, laid with crossed pantiles. The facades are constructed in brick, whereby the eastern facade is plastered, provided with ashlar lines and crowned by a facade finished as a pediment and framed top gable, with profiled wind barges and an empty medallion.
The carriage entrance consists of a wing panel door with cast-iron door grilles, on which vases are depicted in low relief.
