KOETSHUIS en PAARDENSTAL uit 1870, gebouwd voor Eugène Francois Joseph de Zerezo de Tejada.
Omschrijving.
Het koetshuis annex paardenstal heeft een bouwlaag onder twee parallel lopende zadeldaken tussen tuitgevels. Het dak is gedekt met kruispannen.
Tussen beide zadeldaken ligt een zakgoot. Het muurwerk is identiek aan dat van het jachthuis. Onder de goot bij de binnenplaats bevindt zich gedeeltelijk een rondboogfries. Aan oost- en westkant van de binnenplaats staat tussen jachthuis en koetshuis een gemetselde schansmuur voorzien van ezelsrug.
Waardering.
Het koetshuis is van algemeen belang. Het heeft cultuurhistorisch belang als bijzondere uitdrukking van de sociaal-economische ontwikkeling, namelijk de stichting van buitenhuizen in ontginningslandgoederen in de negentiende eeuw, het is tevens van belang als voorbeeld van de typologische ontwikkeling van het jachthuis. Het object is van architectuurhistorisch belang door de stijl en detaillering en de verwijzingen naar een adellijk verleden in torentjes en friezen. Het is van belang vanwege de architectuurhistorische en typologische zeldzaamheid. De ondergeschikte status van het dienstgebouw t.o.v. het "kasteel" blijkt uit de soberder vormgeving.

Description.
The carriage house annex horse stable has one storey under two parallel running gabled roofs between spout gables. The roof is covered with interlocking tiles.
Between both gabled roofs lies a valley gutter. The masonry is identical to that of the hunting lodge. Under the gutter at the courtyard level there is partially a round arch frieze. On the east and west side of the courtyard stands between the hunting lodge and the carriage house a masoned screen wall fitted with a saddle back.
Valuation.
The carriage house is of general importance. It has cultural-historical importance as a particular expression of socio-economic development, namely the establishment of country houses in land reclamation estates in the nineteenth century, it is also of importance as an example of the typological development of the hunting lodge.
